Accomplishments

∙ Setup a reorder system to bring drawer box parts from China to a warehouse in the US

and then distributed them to 6 production facilities. This was an average of 40% savings on the overall cost.

∙ Received the 2003 Masterbrand President’s Leadership Award – Team Achievement for

Inventory Reduction. As a group we reduced inventory by 2 million dollars in 2003.
