Managed multidisciplinary teams for both cost reduction activities as well as large scale customer issues.

Qualification of components both for both cost reduction and NPI.

Root Cause Analysis of product issues down to the component level.

Creation of documentation for tracking qualification and approval processes for all of Nortel.
