HR: Employee relations, offer letters, Induction, Joining and exit formalities, leave management, Utilization and optimization of resources.

HR-Recruitment: Part of Recruitment team, Screening and taking initial interviews, posting the requirement on job portals, referrals and through databanks.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Entering timesheets in quick books and update total working hours of the employees.

• Support the integration of new joiners.

• Updating leave trackers, salary credits, Leave Management, Employee Engagement & attendance trackers (India) Timesheet (US).

• General HR activities like Interviewing, Hiring, and Issuing offer letters, Induction, Training.
