QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE

Model diagnostics, remedial measures for linear regression,logistic regression model

using SAS

WINBUGS/R for Bayesian statistical computation methods using the Gibbs sampler,R for

MCMC estimate simulation

Identify survival curves using life table and Kaplan -Meier methods,perform Cox

Proportional Hazards(PH) model,semi-parametric,regression analysis using SAS,perform

model assumption checking and assess the fit

Write and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) based on the protocol,develop an

appropriate design for a clinical trial,select methods for treatment allocation including

the randomization method and implementation strategy for a clinical trial, set up

recruitment, retention and adherence protocols, perform assessments of power for

different experimental designs and outcomes for choosing between possible designs

and for determining appropriate sample size

Use SAS/BASE,SAS/MACRO,SAS/SQL and SAS/STAT tools in producing tables, listings and

figures for the statistical reports
