“INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION USING MASTER SLAVE SYSTEM “

Technology: Microcontroller based C.

Role: Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Develop, Review, Test cases, Debug, configuration & Testing.

Description: The aim of this project is to connect the instruments to a network to monitor and control them at a common single point. As if developing our own LAN by using micro controller’s ( 89S51) to monitor the instruments at the master controller.

Advantages & Applications:

In large applications consisting of n number of slaves, a group of slaves are monitored by a sub master which are in turn monitored by the main master. Therby enhancing sensitivity and efficiency of the system and provides quality control of the large networking system.

This system can be used instead of the computer network.

The Cost will be less.

It can be implemented in the big Hotels, Industries and R & D Labs.
