OBJECTIVE:

To utilize current skills as a Design/Engineer to produce models and drawings that can be utilized by manufacturing to produce high quality products.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Responsibilities include designing of 3d models and drawings of water treatment plants for Engineering, Standards, and Sales.

• Created drawing for construction purposes. Which included bills of materials (BOM's), piping design layouts, detailed fabrication packages, overall plant layout design, breakout details of subassemblies, process flow diagrams, Data input into SAP, Geometrical tolerance, and design of general equipment for model use such as pumps, valves, holding tanks, pressure vessels, process air equipment and general piping parts elbows, tees, etc.

• Interfaced with Autodesk Vault data management system.

• Utilized Autodesk Inventor to create and generate the 3d models and drawings. Use of 3D Studio Max to produce life like renderings and walkthrough animations of water filtration plants.

• Developed Standard systems for faster productivity. Created package plant layouts using c programming with in Inventor cut down drafting time by 50%. Fully integrated drafters using Inventor to produce drawings in instead of AutoCAD cutting 25% out of drafting time. Other responsibilities include file management and technical assistance.

• Utilized AutoCAD and Citrix program to design Exxon Mobil Pipeline for the purpose of expanding and maintenance of the pipe line system.
