• Project Manager / Senior Landscape Architect for a new regional park in Stafford County Virginia. Provided design team management for a multi-office work plan.
• Developed conceptual plans and documents to successfully rezone property for a multi-building professional park.
Landscape Architect / Senior Engineer
Florida Power & Light Co. Juno Beach, Florida / 1995 - 2005
• Developed two unique mixed use urban buildings in downtown Miami to accommodate an electrical substation while adhering to strict zoning requirements. This allowed essential infrastructure to be constructed without subjecting FPL to a lengthy political process. Developed the building envelope design in addition to managing the architectural and engineering team.
• Designed building simulations to integrate electrical substations and high voltage infrastructure into an area of Ft. Lauderdale Florida while complying with highly restrictive codes and ordinances.
• Developed Tilt-Wall constructed structures housing electrical substations providing reduced construction time and optimizing interior space for high voltage equipment.
• Designed and managed the construction of portions of the Miami River Walk.
