Description:
Engagement Assessment Services (EAS) is the group in CGI that checks the overall status of every engagement that are being executed at all the business units and locations of CGI. EAS wanted to completely automate the current manual process of data collection and reporting. The entire EAS reporting framework had to be converted into a web application.
Application features Role Based accessibility to data, screens and controls thus enforcing security. It supports English and French languages to work with. It also provides role based access to the system, thus enforcing security. It also enables sharing of data between Business Units. Customization and usage of reusable application blocks are used in project in order to keep the granularity.

Description:
TMS is to significantly reduce the number of errors and amount (as measured as a percentage of SMSG Revenue) of Credited District defects before the transactions are published in MS Sales. This will reduce the amount of time that the Field Sales and Finance teams spend monitoring the accuracy of MS Sales.
Objectives:
• Decrease costs, errors, reworks by a specific percentage;
• Decrease processing or turnaround times by a specific percentage;
• Increase productivity or capacity by a specific percentage;
• Eliminate backlogs by a specific percentage;
• Increase market share by a specific percentage;
• Reduce risk by a specific percentage;
• Comply with regulatory requirements (avoid fines or penalties);
• Provide better access to data needed for decision making within a specific time limit.
Responsibilities:
TMS Pre Publish:
Is to review the TMS Pre Publish recommendations and confirm validity. Where TMS has made an invalid recommendation, the CGI-TMS team is to create a Parenting Change Request (PCR) to correct the parenting error.
Pre Publish review process is to look for High Revenue organizations for which TMS did not find a match. These incomplete recommendations are referred to as High Revenue, No Match. The goal is to perform base Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and inform the client Project, of the incomplete recommendation.
TMS Post Publish:
Review of the Manual District Conflict Report (DCR) is to validate the TMS recommendations being made using:
Logic Based Treatment Recommendations (LBTR) developed by the CGI-Regina team.
DCR Analysis Tool 2.0, developed by the CGI-Regina team.
Proactively look for ways to further the impact of the TMS Post Publish Process by increasing the review efficiency and/or expanding the LBTR program.
Implementation in CMT/MSO of valid TMS recommendations, baseline RCA on invalid recommendations and daily score carding of the DCR review results
