Performance Management includes Goal Setting, Interim Review and Year End Review for all Partners and employees of KPMG. Currently, a notification is sent to Partners and employees when it is time to complete performance review related tasks. This notification directs the users to access the Dialogue system and complete their tasks by filling-in text boxes and submitting for approval. Submittal triggers notification to the users’ People Management Leaders (PML) to access the Dialogue system to review and send back to the submitter for updates if necessary before PMLs add their comments and finalize.

The PML Dashboard for PMLs with Employee Counselees and Employee Review will be available. Completion of employee review tasks will now take place within the Dashboard.

The goals of the new PML Dashboard are to:

• Drive a high performance culture by prompting frequent conversations between PMLs and their Counselees via alerts

• Provide the PMLs with tips on how to address various issues or recognize accomplishments they may be alerted to, and to indicate how they reached out to their Counselees in response

• Provide a central place for PMLs to manage the performance review tasks of their Counselees

The pilot release of the tool was deployed with 10 engagements using the eAdvisory template. Closure process that will require no manual intervention.
