• This is a Reverse Engineering Project using Catia V5.

• This involves creation of parametric models by analyzing the input wire frame,

A-surface, Tiffs & Body Contour Parts and assembling it using SAM (Step Assy Manager).

• Handled mainly casting parts, Roof Panel, Chassis Frames, Side rails, Head liners, Door Trims, Pillar Trims,

Floor Mats, Front Grille, Mirror, and various Mounting Brackets etc.

Bentley Motor Corp:

• This is to build a new product.

• Member of the technical core team responsible for giving concept design using Catia V5 and develop of the Bentley car

aggregates (Mulsanne)

• Activities include complete 3D CAD Development and designing using master sections provided by Bentley Motors.

• Creating drawing and assigning the Reference Point System (RPS) & Measurement Point information for these

components to clear the inspection process and assist a perfect assembly.

• Creation of Product detail mounting drawings of various aggregates of Bentley cars, Seating Systems, Boot Trims and

Waist rail etc. with BOM creation.

Volvo India Pvt Ltd :

• The scope of this project is to build a new truck

• Worked on Chassis side under run Protection design by considering vehicle regulations.

• Worked on Chassis engine cross member modification and Analysis.

• Worked with packaging of Fuel Tank on variants.

• Successfully designed new Urea & Servo pipes under Various Packaging Constraints.
