Design/Drafter, National CAD Standards Mentor. Worked closely with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers in preparing commercial facilities’ management design drawings. Developed Mechanical HVAC, Piping, Fire sprinkler plans, and Mechanical HVAC flow diagrams for the purpose of general design, engineering, and construction support. Developed Electrical Power, Lighting, Telecommunication, Ground and site plans. Developed Electrical single line diagrams and Panel board schedules for the purpose of general design, engineering, and construction support. Developed Structural framing plans, details and equipment support details for the support for the purpose of general design, engineering and construction support.
