Highly available health care environment and support for the NHS customers in AIX platforms. Servers include production servers, Application servers, Database servers, Audit servers and Integration servers. This involves IBM p-series machines such as 520, 550 and 570 respectively, which works on AIX 5.2, AIX 5.3 and AIX 6.1
• Monitoring tickets raised by clients on daily basis and addressing the issue within agreed SLA.
• User Management - Creating, maintaining, and removing users and groups. Security settings on user accounts and groups.
• Performance monitoring using vmstat, iostat, sar, topas, netstat and nmon and analyzing these reports to figure out any performance issues.
• Download and update latest APAR, PTF and ML /TL installation and management
