|Description |Employee state insurance corporation is a central |

3. Reward Tracker
|Description |A point based reward tracking mechanism is being |
| |implemented for all employees in BTS FS TMT business |
| |unit. If an employee contributes in any non-project |
| |activity, he would be given few reward points. These |
| |points are accumulated at the end of each quarter. The |
| |employee who gets the maximum no. of points would be |
| |given the reward for that quarter. A simple tool called|
