• Data Integration to Amadeus software

• Creating Models of the components using AutoCAD Inventor 2008 and involvement in interaction with Germany Collages on project discussions.

Selection of suitable raw material, machineries & production process to manufacture the product for best cost and quality. Knowledge of the different processes involved in making the component will come to know.

Cost estimation, preparation of techno commercial offers and price negotiations

Preparation of .FMEA,APQP,PPAP documents and getting approval of bulk production.

Working on price revision and interacting with customers for technical, customer rejections, complaints and commercial clarifications

Preparing the documents for presentations like Budgetary Review Meetings which involves Market Share Figures and Dept. target progress.
