I currently work for Verizon Wireless. I currently work at Verizon Wireless as a Customer Service Representative. My daily tasks for this job include; using a computer based system to provide face-to-face assistance to customers with billing questions, help customers save money on their bill with the different services we offer, provide technical service regarding cell phones and wireless internet products, use sales techniques to offer our products to new and existing customers and I have also earned the title as assistant inventory specialist. As an inventory specialist, I do the stores daily paperwork, make sure every item is stocked and priced correctly, do the morning box count, recieve merchandise and put inventory away when it is shipped to us, take care of returns/exchanges and make sure the store is following proper auditing procedures. During the few months I have been employed with the company, I have recieved awards and oustanding feedback/recognition from my management team for my hard-work and decication to my team and the company's well being.

Every few months Verizon Wireless offers incentives for hitting certain goals. If you exceed these goals, gift cards are paid out to the company of your choice. So far, every incentive the company has offered, I have hit and exceeded the goal set for me.
I recieved a letter from the training department asking what my techniques were for such outstanding customer service because my scores from customer surveys are usually the highest. I responded and they stated they were going to use my techniques in the newest training modules and classes.
