Field Superintendent
• Supervised a multi craft crew of 30 for the daily erection and maintenance of scaffold to construct an 800 MW coal fired boiler.
• Analyzed and quickly resolved structural and operational issues of work platforms.
• Responsible for site management and final clean/demobilization of 3 year project.
• Spearheaded relationship development with 3rd party vendors and technicians assigned to specific tasks and oversaw safety programs and procedures to ensure employee and business interests were protected.

Superintendent
• Oversaw pre-construction work on the Bravern Condo Towers in Bellevue, Washington.
• Collaborated with Project Manager on vendor recruitment and contract fulfillment for twin 34-story towers.
• Designed and procured all formwork systems
• Created coordinated shop drawings, site plans, man and material hoists locations, concrete schedule, as well as coordination with City of Bellevue for all site logistics and traffic control.

Formwork design enabled 2 building Post Tensioned (PT) floors per week.
BIG-D CONSTRUCTION, 2005-2007 Bellevue, Washington

• Led full site supervision of over 250 field personnel at peak of top down soil nails and excavation, shotcrete, structural concrete and curtain wall as well as town home and condo finishes at the Washington Square Towers in Bellevue, Washington.
• Championed on-schedule completion on a 4-floor, below grade parking structure and two 25-story high rise condo towers.
• Designed and Supervised maintenance of Storm water and Erosion control
