Metal Work Inc / MWI Components, A $18M sheet metal manufacturer.

Operations Manager, 1999 to present. Promoted to HQ to lead staff of 30 and manage $4M budget. Created work orders with MRP system, completing customer requests. Perform HR functions for production department. Assisted engineers with new product design improvements. Maintained compliance with OSHA standards.

Manager, Distribution Center, 1997 to 1999. Managed existing customer base in three state region. Built client base through cold-calling and customer referrals. Delivered customer orders, ensuring timely shipment.

Monitored and maintained established inventory levels. Provided engineering support to HQ.

Logistics Engineer, Harris Corporation, 1985 to 1997. Began as Senior Draftsman and was promoted to deliver government projects on time and under budget using total quality management strategies while at division of Harris Corporation. Trained staff of 15 on CAD software. Developed CAD training manuals.
