• Visiting to customer place and Receiving Enquiry from the customer.

• Negotiating and finalizing the order with the customer with effective follow up.

• Receiving Purchase Order from the customer, reviewing the same with respect to the quotation.

Academic Project:

Name : Low Cost Peanut Sheller

Materials : Mild steel and GI sheet.

Description: This project works on the principle of crushing mechanism. Unshelled groundnuts are poured through the hopper and the handle is rotated manually. This crushes the groundnuts between the wheel and the channel. Adjustments are provided for the movement of channel as well as for the wheel. The spacing between the channel and the wheel is set manually according to the size of the groundnuts. The crushed groundnuts fall into a separator. There are 2 layers of mesh which separates the kernels from the shells. The kernels get collected in the trough present below.

Advantages: The main goal of this project is to provide an efficient peanut Sheller at unaffordable price, targeting mainly the less privileged farmers of rural area.

Also this project is aimed to meet easy of usage, high quality end product (efficiency rate exceeds 85%), cost of operation (manual operation mode), hygienic factors, scalable and portable.

Involvement: Designing the project, analyzing the stress concentration, and fabrication

of the machine.
