Ensured the mobilization of Human Resources and Inspection and Test equipment within budget of the Project.

Developed and update Quality Management requirements for project and lead /co-ordinate all QA related activities at various stages of project implementation.

Provided technical support on the engineering, material selection, welding and inspection and testing requirements.

Participated in specification reviews, material requisition reviews and execution procedure reviews to ensure all QA and QC requirements are effectively addressed.

Provided assistance to the Contracts Manager / Project Engineers for technical evaluation of subcontractors / vendors as per company policies/instructions.

Participated and Conducted Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM).

Receiving Inspection of Materials and equipments as per Company Procedures and re-porting of non conforming items.

Interfaced and coordinated the work activities between Quality and other disciplines.

Inspection at vendor facilities at various stages of manufacture.

Carried-out review of “R” Stamp Jobs on the ASME Stamped Equipment requiring re-pairs/alterations.

Reviewed and monitored new fabrication work for ASME stamped vessels and piping works.

Reviewed and approved welding procedures for process equipment fabrication and re-pair/replacement works.

Review of method statements, ITP, NDT procedures, WPS, PQR, and witnessing qualifica-tion of welders.

Participated in the Weekly Quality Meetings with all the Parties involved on the Project with Project QA/QC Manager.

Participated in Vendor/Supplier audits, their facilities reviews, conformance with interna-tional standards and contract requirements.

Coordinated with Third party inspections authorities.

Worked as Inspection Engineer with M/s Attock Refinery Ltd. from January 2004 to Jan 2007.

Worked with M/s Pakistan Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Laboratories (PCSIR) Lahore as R&D Assistant under the Principal Engineer on deputation (for testing and failure investigation) during 2003.
