OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Worked in ESCO, Jeddah for Air Quality & Meteorology Monitoring station as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer from May 2010 to September 2010 through GACS-Arabia, Saudi Arabia.

Nature of Duties:

• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Air Quality Monitoring Stations equipped with various Automatic On-line Gas Analyzers such as SO2, NOX, O3, CO, H2S, CO2, NH3 etc., supplied by accredited international manufacturers like Teledyne-API, MetOne, Agilaire.

• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Meteorological Stations (Met One Sensors).

• Preparation of performance report of equipments.

• Spare management for all instruments and analyzers.

• Generating, processing & Interpretation of air quality data.

• Calibration and quality checking of Air Monitoring System.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISIONING:

Various kind of Air Quality Gas Analyzers, Particulate Monitoring Instruments, Meteorological Stations for Royal Commission AQM stations in both Yanbu and Jubail.

Completed integration of fully equipped AQM station for ESCO which includes Air Quality Gas Analyzers such as SO2, NOX, O3, CO, H2S, CO2, NH3, etc., supplied by accredited international manufacturers like Teledyne-API, Met One and Meteorological Sensors integrated with Agilaire Data Logger for generating, processing and interpretation of air quality data.

Completed integration of fully equipped AQM stations for SAUDI ARAMCO's facilities as follows

Commissioned Two auto samplers (Make: Teledyne Isco) for Saudi Kayan, Jubail. (Installed by Yokogawa Pte. Ltd, Singapore)

Commissioned two Auto Samplers (Make: Teledyne Isco) for KAUST, Jeddah.

Commissioned two YSI 6600V2 Sonde Multi-parameter Instruments for King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah.

Commissioned YSI instruments like pH10, ph100, YSI 556 MPS Multi-parameter, YSI 85 DO/Conductivity meter, 9500 Photometer and YSI 58 for Shimrani, Jeddah.
