ROLE: APPLICATION/DESIGN ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the requirements from Client/Onsite.

• Confirming my design plan by communication through emails with clients.

• Develop/Test/Bug fixing as per the client’s User friendly requirement.

• To give demo to clients and get their feedback for improvement.

• To propose more ideas on improvisation & confirm it with clients.

Project Description:A CVRDE Project:

Link ADLINK software to LabVIEW 8.6 using OPC(Object Linking and Embedding for Process control) Server. The logical and computational work has to be designed in LabVIEW DSC(Data Logging and Supervisory Control) module as per customer(CVRDE) requirement without changing clients Hardware(ADLINK)setup.

ACAMEDIC PROJECTS:

P.G.Diploma Project: Controlling and Monitoring vessel’s pressure using ABB PLC and i-FIX SCADA

Synopsis: Cascade control strategy was used to maintain vessel’s pressure as it was relatively efficient than the conventional feedback strategy. The Programming logic was designed and implemented according to the control strategy in ABB PLC software “CoDeSys” . The i-FIX SCADA was graphically and logically designed to monitor the pressure in vessel.

U.G. Project: Automatic filling station using Machine Vision System

Synopsis: The Machine Vision System helps to fill varying dimensions of bottles in same filling station by Image processing. The Image processing method helps to measure bottle dimension and thus fill accordingly. LabVIEW software is used to implement the Image processing method in simulation.
