2. Sub-Module: UB-Money Market
Description: BankFusion UB’s Money Market module has
provisions for entering and processing the
following Money Market instruments:
Fixtures: In BankFusion UB, a 'Fixture' is a feature that
enables acceptance and placement products. The fixture
feature stands for fixedness and this feature can be
attached to loans and deposit products. It is implied that the
amounts, rate of interest and the tenure involved in the
deposit or loan are fixed. BankFusion UB deals with the
following categories of fixture products:
Fixed Deposits (FD)
Fixed Loans (FL)
3. Sub-Module: SWIFT
Description: SWIFT messages may be used to transmit
payment instructions for both domestic and
international financial transactions. Financial institutions
generating a high volume of funds transfer activity typically
establish direct SWIFT connectivity with their internal,
intrabank funds transfer system. The SWIFT network
controls the integrity of the messages once properly
entered at the point of origination. Thus there is no
requirement for the receiver to re-verify payment orders. As
a result, payment instructions pass through the system
without human intervention.
