Project : Energy Consumption Control System

Brief Description:

A microcontroller based device which is attached to an electronic energy meter in order to reduce the consumption of electricity.

1. Calibration of Mil Qualified Pressure sensors (Gauge /Absolute/Differential), Charge Amplifiers and Accelerometers /Vibration Sensors (Piezo resistive /Variable Capacitive /Piezo electric ) for the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) & Intermediate Jet Trainer (IJT) prototype.

2. Calibration of Pressure Sensors using Budenberg Oil Dead Weight Tester & DPI 610 Portable Pressure Calibrator and Calibration Certificate Preparation with Uncertainty Estimate.

3. Testing of GPS based IRIG-B Time Code Generators using G vision software and comparison with standard GPS Reference Time Unit.

4. Testing of FDU (Fuel Display Unit ) using vibration set up for its Mil-Qualification Check.

5. Designing of Aircrafts Looms and Routing Drawings using Auto Cad .

6. Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) integrated calibration of Absolute Pressure Sensors for the LCA prototypes .

7. Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) integrated calibration of Strain Gauges .

8. Sensor Serviceability Checks.

9. Configuration of Sensors Scheme and Allotment as per the Designer Requirement.

10. Involved in the Acceptance Tests for Pressure ,Temperature and Position Sensors and Accelerometers.

11. Generation and Maintanance of Database ,Stock Status of Procured Sensors,Returned and Unserviceable Sensors.

12. Inventory of Equipment and Maintanance of Master Inventory List for FTC.

13. Follow up of Fire Alarm System Periodic Maintanance.
