Provides budget, schedule, and quality management for each project in addition to leadership throughout all aspects of project delivery: from pre-planning, program development, and selection of project teams, through design, construction, and post-occupancy. Selected Accomplishments:

• Spearheaded a comprehensive multi-million dollar General Use Permit reconfiguration and facility upgrade project at Stanford's only two high-rise residences, with extensive interior space reconfiguration and renovation work; completed project under budget, on schedule, and exceeded expectations. Earned special personal recognition from Stanford senior management, who described the project as “masterful and creative”.

• Introduced innovative and cutting edge design and contruction teams to Stanford University Residential & Dining Enterprises. The results were "some of the best projects we have ever done", as noted by Executive Director of Student Housing.

• Managed an extensive long-term multi-million dollar MEP upgrade and building renewal project throughout all of Stanford low-rise graduate housing in Escondido Village; achieved an overall project savings of 16% and completed ahead of schedule.

• For exceptional work during 2008, the Housing Planned & Sustainability Projects department at Stanford won the Keith L Guy Award, the highest award given within Stanford Residential & Dining Enterprises for performing above and beyond the call of duty and exceeding client service expectations.

Served as Project Manager & Owner's Representative on several large building projects for well-known, prestigious clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Motivated teams to collaborate efficiently while mitigating conflict and communication issues. Supported and coordinated diverse teams of architects, interior designers, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, clients, and government agencies to manage projects at all stages of completion. Selected Accomplishments:

• Managed a complete high-end residential remodel of a 7,000 sq.ft. “landmark” status residence in San Francisco's exclusive Pacific Heights area.

• Steered the planning and development of a large 25-acre estate in the Woodside area, consisting of several high-end residential and support structures, roadways, fences, and extensively landscaped areas.

• Oversaw the construction and management of a brand new, state-of-the-art 75,000 sq. ft. private jet hangar at San Jose International Airport, and remodels to commercial offices in Menlo Park and Roseville, California.

Managed eight independent remodels to a flagship hospital (St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital) in the Houston Medical Center. Since hospital was in active use, proactively ensured minimal interruption to workflow. Contributed advanced communication and interpersonal relationship skills toward collaborating with architects, project managers, owner's representatives, and other project team members. Oversaw contracts, conducted audits and cost reports, and managed RFIs, ASIs, and PCOs, further illustrating exceptional multitasking and prioritizing abilities.

Architectural Internship - Popham Walter Architects, Inc., Houston, TX (May 2003 – August 2004)

Analyzed, created, and updated several architectural and engineering drawings for all disciplines using AutoCAD 2002, and prepared detailed proposals and weight reports for the 100-Man ConocoPhillips Bohai Bay Living Quarters, 100-Man Pemex HA-KU-M, and 100-Man HA-KU-S Living Quarters projects. Engineering Internship - SBM-IMODCO, Inc., Houston, TX (May 2002 – August 2002)

Designated as a Project Buyer for SBM-IMODCO’s West Africa Fast Track Project. Generated and submitted RFQs to prospective vendors, and performed detailed bid evaluations and summary reports, integral to assisting management with project planning.

Project Chairperson / Project Manager - Habitat for Humanity, Conroe, TX (August 2000 – May 2001)

Served as Project Chairperson and Project Manager for a "ground-up" home-build project in conjunction with The John Cooper School and Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity. Raised more than $40,000 in charitable donations for the construction of the 1,025 sq-ft home. Received great recognition from the lucky family who received the home.

Generated comprehensive bid evaluation and analyses for The Matterhorn Project – a deepwater TLP (Tension Leg Platform) in the Gulf of Mexico.
