RIGGING AND LIFTING ENGINEER / SERVICE MANAGER
• Coordinate all jobs and interact with clients.
• Estimating, Writing Procedures and Lift Plans for Job execution
• Dispatching of work force to execute jobs in the areas of crane operation, crane maintenance, load testing and inspection, hydraulic, mechanical and construction work
• Manage drilling rigs lifting equipment and certifications, load testing of newly installed lifting equipment, conduct destruction testing and proof load testing on lifting equipment accessories, conduct MPI testing on structural welds and rig superstructure, conduct drop serves and derrick inspection
• Conduct bi annual inspection of lifting equipment, color code and visually inspect lifting equipment for various clients, conduct serves and design lift plans for heavy lifting
• Manage loose and fix lifting equipment for pedestal crane and lifting accessories
• Manage documentation of lifting equipments certificates
• Implement and manage data base to document inventory of all lifting equipment
