• Prepared preliminary site analysis reports for potential solar power plant sites. The analysis included evaluation of site constraints, geotechnical report, stormwater report, and site work construction costs.

• Preparation of construction contract documents which included technical specifications and drawings. Responsible for calculating project quantities for bid form line items and preparation of line item description summaries.

• Designed and drafted existing site feature plans, proposed grading plans, stormwater drainage area plans, profile plans, utility plans, details sheets, and landscape plans.

• Designed and drafted asphalt access road and stormwater collection system for landfill support area.

• Preparation of stormwater calculations for compliance with PA DEP erosion and sediment pollution control program (Chapter 102), ACT 167 requirements, PENNDOT and local requirements. Stormwater calculations included pre- and post-development stormwater runoff hydrographs, time of concentration, runoff coefficient, inlet capacity, pipe and swale capacity, basin routings, basin outlet structure perforations, pipe collar, emergency spillway, and headwater and tailwater elevations. Utilized the use of Virginia Tech/Penn Sate Urban Hydrology Model (VTPSUHM) and Hydraflow software to perform stormwater calculations.

• Performed volume calculations to determine earthwork construction quantities.

• Prepared comment response letters to various agencies such as PA DEP, PennDOT, Conservation District and local municipalities.
