• A research on customers brand loyalty to Starbucks. Does price affect the customers in purchasing Starbucks’ coffee? The results of this research show the customers do not mind paying more for higher quality coffee. People associate quality with price. Since customers prefer premium coffee, Starbucks’ managers need to maintain their high quality coffee. With a slow economy Starbucks may be tempted to cut down on their high quality ingredients.
