Partnered with a customer to fill a void in his service. Architect and led the team to deliver the initial carrier-class 160 Gb/s switch in 12 months. $50M budget.
• Instituted novel staffing schemes for rapid engineering growth (12 to 148 engineers) during the CY 2000.
