PROJECTS WORKED ON
8 Port and 24 Port Switch Ethernet cards
8 port and 24 port switch ethernet cards are the high speed ethernet switches which has an upstream speed of about 10 Gbps and 8/24 port downstream ports with 1000/100mbps speed.
“Had been designing the hardware which involves the high speed Broadcomm chips (The processor and the switch having SGMII,XAUI,PCIe specs).”
GPON ONT (Gigabit Passive Optical Network)
“Had been working on GPON Optical network Terminal board hardware designs including the power circuit and supporting with the program fusing onto the flash using JTAG and also had been working with the Uboot Boot Loader for the Kernel and filesystem uploading”. This GPON ONT has a Broadlight Processor with residential gateway functions and works at a speed of 1 Gbps, It also has wifi module options with mini PCIe slot. “Also had worked as the technical support engineer on the end user application of this GPON ONT for the clients”
MERITRAC Handheld Devices:
Had been reviewing the hardware design design and debugging issues on the Meritrac handheld devices
used for maintaing candidate database for exams.
Serial Access Cards
Serial Access Cards are the Add On cards for a project which had a back plane and the CPU and ethernet cards as removable cards. These cards works with a CPLD as the core and has about 4 RS-232/RS-422 serial Ports externally available for the users. They are controlled by the Cpu on the backplane.

Home Appliances Control Using IR and RF signals
Had been doing this project as hobby after my academic studies. Had used IR and RF signals to control the home appliances using a 8 Bit PIC micontrollers. Used TSOP 1738 as IR sensor and 433 Khz RF modules on this project . Had designed the hardware circuit and also created the program(code) using HiTech C (microchip)compiler. Also had had worked on simple projects with arduino boards which involved a PC as the Input device where .NET program had been used as an end user application.
PCI DAC Card
Hard been creating a simple driver code for an ADLINK PCI DAC card using QNX Momentics IDE which has the QNX RTOS compiler. This card is capacle coneverting a digital signal to an Analog signal of about 10volts.
LED CUBE
Had been doing this as a hobby project during my academic studies which used a 8 bit PIC microcontroller and 5x5 LED cube structure. Had designed the hardware and also created the program (code) using HiTech C (microchip)compiler.
