Responsible for all aspects of personalization operations.

Transferred from Orlando to Indianapolis to set-up engraving operations at this facility.

Responsible for all aspects of fulfilling personalization products to meet customer requirements. This included the prioritization, engraving, and shipping all orders.

Responsible for managing inventory, which included reporting, cycle counts, and ensuring all transactions were entered accurately in the ERP (JDEdwards) system.

Responsible for performance measurement reporting.

Participated on team to define on-line ordering requirements for personalized cremation products.

Responsible for training other personalization technicians.

Participated in Continuous Improvement event to design and implement new standard operating procedures for engraving and shipping operations.

Transferred from graphics programmer to Personalization technician.

Responsible for establishing a new engraving operations facility in Dallas Texas. Set-up all engraving machines and required computers. Installed all software and drivers on computers and engravers. Trained new personnel on all processes and procedures.

GRAPHICS PROGRAMMER – BATESVILLE INDIANA (2001 – 2003)

Responsible for the design and development of Corel engraving files based on customer specifications. This often times requires working with bitmaps or scanned pictures and enhancing the quality of the originals. I am proficient with the Corel suite of tools as well as PhotoShop.
