Boosted store ranking from 50 to top 5 in key item sales. Sales of top 40 items representing 50% of closeout store business were declining. Spent countless hours reviewing sales and sales trends for other locations. Revamped merchandising. Enhanced inventory management. Made significant jump in 99-store company.
Increased sales 35% in 90 days. Store sales of key Verizon revenue-driving Web and digital text messaging services were not up to company standard. Revamped compensation schedule. Trained, coached and motivated sales representatives. Increased sales in one-quarter period, exceeding expectations.
Spearheaded seamless conversion of 150,000 sq ft facility. Home Depot store did not conform with new product layout format.
