SUMMARY
Seeking a position that keeps me engaged with the mental health community and supporting individuals in pursuing recovery and wellness. I have worked closely alongside individuals with psychiatric disabilities for just under six years, and have a strong clinical knowledge in the mental health field. • Oversaw all facets of daily operation for an eight bed residential program; including administration and clinical responsibilities for each resident diagnosed with major mental illness.
• Worked closely with clinicians and other health care workers to develop and implement individual treatment plans with responsibilities for timely maintenance of each individual record; ensuring each record meets quality standards for the Department of Mental Health.
• Crisis planning for high risk individuals for recovery and harm reduction practices.
