Project Manager, KEYSTONE PIPELINE. Develop wooded wetland areas for mitigation of damages caused by new pipeline easements. Manage land development and planting of trees for converting agricultural land back into wooded wetlands.

CH2M HILL

Senior Project Manager, Nustar Terminal Expansion, Texas City, TX.

Managed the engineering of 2 million barrel blending and storage expansion from initial estimates thru as-built documentation.

Senior Project Manager, Valero Energy, Port Arthur Texas. Develop and implement dual 20” pipeline system transporting refined products from refinery to distributions terminals. Three miles of wetland, waterways, railroads and undocumented numbers for foreign line crossings requiring over two miles of directional drills. Full custody transfer measurements systems at each terminus.

URS Corporation

Project Manager, Pipeline Systems Development and Construction Management.

Managed the engineering permitting and construction of various pipeline transportation and storage systems.

PPI Technology Services

Pipeline /Production Facilities Engineer

Swift Energy –Production field engineering of shallow water field to allow the existing Oil and Gas facilities to increase production and take on new wells. Redesign of brine system was required.

Panaco Oil and Gas- Production field engineering support for integrity management and operations support of Oil and Gas facilities in Trinity Bay. Managed compliance audits with Texas Railroad Commission. Managed cathodic protection survey and engineering for compliance to code. Managed hydrotesting of all flow and pipe lines.

Tri-County Pipeline- Brought the entire gathering system into code compliance with proper cathodic protection and operations procedures. Added compression and gas processing equipment with new emissions permits in the Barnet shale gas field. Managed extension of system to new wells.

Black Bear Pipeline- Designed and managed construction of new pipelines, compressor facility and meter station for sales into XTO mainline.

LOBO pipeline- Provided engineering and construction management for the addition of pigging equipment to allow sweeping of 30 inch pipeline and bypass of turbine compressor system.

Sabco Oil and Gas.-Provided engineering and operations management support for coastal water production field. Provided construction design and documentation management.

Engineering Manger/Control Systems. Provided Management and Design oversight for patented offshore drilling equipment development for deep water systems. Directed the development, manufacturing and commissioning of Drilling Rig Motion Compensation equipment for new fleet of Sedco Forex drill rigs. Sermitech

Quality Control Manager: Specialty coatings contractor for compression, power and flight turbine components. Product lines included plasma and slurry coatings of compressor and combustion sections of turbines. Liaison with General Electric, SOLAR, Westinghouse and Federal Aviation Administrator to assure production quality and improve process controls.

Engineering Manager: Manufacturing division of Vallen. Managed department of engineer and designers. Developed pump and heating skid packages. Design and development of unique heating, circulating and boosting pump skid packages allowed the company to set new sales and production records. Directed the certification of electrical systems by UL and CSA standards.

PTL Inc.

Senior Mechanical Engineer: Provided grass roots process design, estimates and proposals for cryogenic gas (LNG) facilities. Developed specifications for vessels, piping, pumps, exchangers, heaters and process control systems to meet client’s production needs. Conducted safety research for existing facilities compliance with NFPA guidelines.

Western Stress Inc.

Vice President of Engineering and Quality Assurance: National provider of onsite heat treating and inspection services to the paper, power, petrochemical and nuclear industries. As Vice President, negotiated regional and national service contracts with power utilities and chemical companies. Provided engineering services and stress analysis on large weldments, vessels and piping systems to assure structural integrity at elevated temperatures. New techniques and processes were developed and documented to perform on site heat treatment in compliance with customer acceptance. Managed the development and rations of patented ultrasonic boiler tube inspection system.

Forging Sales/Engineering Support: Design forged steel components, dies, heat treatment and metallurgical test to comply with API and ASME codes for an open die forging shop. Products
