Web Developer

Online Ticket Booking System

This is an e- commerce application developed for the Denton County public transportation system in Texas to enable online ticket sale and purchase. The application also provided a portal for processing customer credit card transactions and generating conformation order number and receipts for those transactions. The application was developed using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005.

Responsibilities:

 Interfaced with the customer to gather requirements.

 Participated in object modeling and database design.

 Interacted with the credit card processing company (Authorise.net) to set up credit card processing account.

 Developed attractive user friendly web forms to maximize data representation and easy navigation.

 Client side validations were developed using VbScript.
