Job function and Responsibilities:

 Preparation of First Article Inspection Report of all new parts to ensure all dimensions in the substrate is as per customer drawing.

 Prepare the COC report for every shipment.

 Monitoring & Controlling the Cp & Cpk trends.

 Conducting Reliability test for the Substrates like Wire bonding Test, Ball shear Test, Temperature cycle test, Pressure Cooker Test, Chloride Ion Contamination Test.

 Making X-Sec & analyzing the Thickness of Copper, Solder Resist & Via Holes Cu Thickness using 1000X microscope.

 Conducting Internal Calibration of Measuring Instruments, like CMI (Coating measurement instruments) for Copper, Gold, and Nickel.

 Smart Scope programming to Auto measures the dimensions of substrate.

 Analyzing the surface roughness in the gold plated Fingers in the substrates using the NanoFocus µSoft profiler.
