for the successful opening of their new

multiple courses in engineering, including
inspection and water quality.

blueprints, MS Project, Primavera, SAP,
ASIDRA, and critical path modeling.
CAREER HISTORY
Validation Consultant, Ultimate Solutions
($2.8M engineering service), 2010 to
Present. Contracted to McNeil Healthcare to
develop, execute, and test protocols
throughout the production environment.
Identify qualified personnel to execute
validation protocols. Ensure regulatory
compliance and completion of change
authorizations.
Project Manager / Sales Engineer, Doral
International Group (mechanical engineering
supplies and services), 2010. Contracted to
oversee technical specifications for sales
of Viega piping systems. Oversaw process
from requirements analysis to quote,
negotiation, installation and final
delivery. Led team of five employees.
Project Manager, RER Environmental
Engineering Services, 2009 to 2010. Managed
$500K multi-phase long-distance
communication project to integrate telemetry
for all public water treatment plants across
Puerto Rico. Oversaw all scheduling, scope,
compliance, contractors, and inventory
control. Completed projects successfully.
Project Manager, Jones Lang LaSalle, ($3B
global real estate services firm), 2005 to
2009. Managed multiple simultaneous projects
for Fortune 500 companies. Projects included
construction, remodeling, and civil design.
Ran all phases of projects from design to
completion. Contracts totaled $3M+ and
oversaw three direct reports.
Inspector Engineer, Carcon Group / BBA
Consulting, 2003 to 2005. Directed,
coordinated, controlled, and inspected
projects in the urban center of the town of
Guayama, including residential buildings,
subterranean utilities, and construction and
paving of a connection street. Oversaw
projects ranging from $800K to $6M in scope.
