TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Able to troubleshoot XLR cable, as well as 8, 12 and 24 channel mixers. I have above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. I have above average ability to troubleshoot most PC problems and knowledge of PowerPoint. Event Coordinator – Government Contractor for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center
Primary function is serving as TIMS Event Coordinator, providing event services for NASA Goddard meeting venues, including coordination of logistics and service requirements. I’ve scheduled and provide conference planning support to over 850 meetings per year.
I’m in charge of the AV technicians weekly work schedule along with maintaining historical data of room use, scheduled services hours and equipment use. Duties also includes 2Wire and 4Wire dial up for both point-to-point and multi-point Video Conferencing which displays both graphics and video on to the dual screens.

Duties include scheduling meetings and food functions throughout the Hospital using Scheduler software. I supervised a staff of 2 on installing and breakdown of all AV equipment including LCD’s, laptop computers, microphones and overheads.
Our duties also included the setting up tables and chairs for meetings and functions. We also handled videoconferencing setup using WebEx program. I conducted orientation for new employees to Suburban.
Handle purchasing and billing for equipment, handle budgeting and annual evaluations for staff, inventory updates and scheduling of staff. Attended BEO planning meeting with Food Services management for food requests.
I also administered the HealthStream training program to the 400 plus employees of the hospital.

Service the install and breakdown of all audio and video equipment in 72 meeting rooms, ballrooms and exhibit halls.
The set-up and operations of 4, 6, 12, and 24 channel mixing board, LCD projectors, fast fold screens and microphones (wired and wireless).
Running video cables (BNC and RF) for production using WCCA’s computerized Network Operation Center (IED system). Also patching inside and outside video feeds through the Center’s video system.
