Initial/Post tuning for the roll out of the WCDMA network.

Carrying out drive test team for du in Southern Emirates region (Abu Dhabi

and Al Ain).

Doing Post Processing on Actix based on Coverage_RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io,

Pilot pollution, Missing

neighbors, Soft Handovers and IRAT Handovers using KPI reports and

drive test data and looking the health and alarm of sites.

Check over-spillage for International Roaming for UAE and Oman.

Monitor Statistics & Parameters, Locate the poor performing cells

and provide the solution to improve the network performance.

To check the KPI’s & meet accordingly by Optimization.

Rectify the Customer Problems generally low throughput issue.

Carrying out drive test for IDEA.

Drive test and walk Test includes for 2G network.

Carrying out drive test for 2G Clusters, Highway drives, major road.

Performing 2G Drive & Analyzing drive logs, GPRS Drive, Cluster Drive,

RAC Change, BSC Update, Software Updating, Analysis of 2G Drive Logs.

Attending customer complaints for Call Drops, Coverage Issues, etc.

Optimization of Antenna height & Tilt on the basis of OMCR reports &

drive test.

Daily Network Health Monitoring and accordingly taking action on key

performance Indicator parameters (e.g. DCR, SD Completion, Rx Quality,

HO failures) to meet the Network benchmarks.

Optimizing the BSS parameters and fine tuning the parameter as per the

requirement.

Complete drive test analysis & report analysis.

Analysis of Layer 3 Messages for basic troubleshooting related to

Handovers, and other parameters verification.

Neighbour statistics analysis for neighbour trimming.

Optimizing of New and neighbouring sites after a new site in a Cluster.

Preparation of New Site Databases in monthly roll-out targets.

Frequency planning for New sites which includes BCCH, TCH.

Analysis of Drive Test Data and taking necessary corrective measures,

like neighbour list addition and Interference analysis.

Performing Pre and Post Drive test of new site using Tems 6.0 & 8.03.

Carrying out Optimization Drive for improvement of KPI’s and to solve

Customer Complaints.

Carrying out Physical optimization which includes suggesting Antenna

re-orientation, Antenna height change, change in tilt, Relocation of site,

new site proposal, etc.
