Job Profile: Design & Managing CNC Department

• Assisting project for new products to be developed & coordinator for the forthcoming projects with clients.

• Drawing study, component modeling and finalization for new products using Catia and AutoCadd.

• Responsible for new tool & jig fixture design & concept as per process finalization.

• Planning & Monitor the development schedule as per the Master Control Plan.

• Manage the CNC department.

• Preparation of project related documentation from quotation till job finalization.

• Customer interaction for dealing on new projects.

• Customer interaction for working out on changes required in ongoing projects.

• Represent PTC in front on new Clients & for new projects.

• Completed new model 2CV (for HONDA BRIO) for HONDA SIEL. (Design & Manufacturing Area).

• Handling new model 2CW (for HONDA BRIO) for HONDA SIEL. (Design & Manufacturing Area).

• Completed Locomotive Project for BHEL Jhansi (3D Modeling & Manufacturing).

• Regularly handling jobs for BEL under Design & CNC department.
