Master in Sensory Analysis Science at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza on November 2004 (27/30). Thesis subject: sensory testing of premium teas.

May 1995 to February 1997: Area Sales Manager at Esmach – Bongard Group, an important French Company producing ovens and machines for bakeries and confectioneries. I was in charge of sales in Latin America, Scandinavia, Spain and Malta.
August 1992 to April 1995: Sales Engineer “Industry & Environment” at bioMérieux Italia, Multinational company specialised in microbiology, quality control and diagnostics systems.
All these companies are market leaders, sales was the main purpose of activities but the sales process was always developed from the beginning through operative marketing, in order to allow Customers a profitable use of the solutions they adopted.
