· Responded to all airfield and terminal emergencies (aircraft accident/incident), bomb scare earthquake, and hurricane). Acted as Incident Commander until relieved by upper management.

· Conducted accident/incident investigations, made reports and contacted appropriate agencies and staff.

· Instructed bi-weekly safety classes for airport staff and conducted safety training including prevention methods for safety hazards.

· Identified and resolved tenant problems; insuring that repairs and maintenance work was completed and performed follow-up.

· Supervised all maintenance and subcontractors for ongoing construction projects on airport property (HVAC, security fence, water damage, airfield lighting, terminal projects and runway extension).
