Construction Project Manager
Responsible for IKEA stores in NY, Mass, Conn, NJ, Texas and Brooklyn NY. Projects encompassed 320,000 sq. ft. to 346,000 sq. ft. with parking under store, and parking decks. Project costs ranged from $30 million to $200 million dollars.
? Performed due diligence and participated in the planning stage of construction documents.
? Member of the IKEA store Expansion Plan * division.
? Renovation of stores while open for business.
? Managed project sites of 17 to 33 acres. Brooklyn, NY project included a 6 acre park built for the public and NYC Parks Department.
