Job Responsibilities
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in Switchyard such as Transformers (Up to 2000 KVA), ACBs (Up to 4000 Amps), MOCBs (Up to 1600 Amps), VCBs (Up to 800 Amps), CT (Up to 200 Amps), PT.
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in DG sets with Brushless self excited type Synchronous alternator.
Executing on DG sets B Check Maintenance and DG sets Battery Maintenance work (750 KVA – 2 No’s, 380 KVA - 2 No’s and 1000 KVA– 1 No’s) carried out weekly.
Executing preventive Maintenance work in Boiler (Capacity: 12TPH) units, Steam Turbine (Type: Back pressure Turbine) with Brushless Self excited Synchronous Generator.
Executing preventive Maintenance work in Wet Electrostatic Precipitator and carried out Open circuit test, Short circuit test, dry air test and Load test individually
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in Slip Ring Induction motor with Rotor Resistance Starter unit and Squirrel cage Induction motor with DOL Starter unit and Star Delta Starter unit.
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in AC drives such as VFD Drive, Soft Starter.
Maintenance and trouble shooting of Digester, Pneumatic and instrument compressors.
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in VAM (Vapor Absorption Machine) carried out weekly including cooling tower and circulation tank pump motors and also electrical interlock provided for those motors and machine.
Executing Preventive Maintenance work in Vacuum pump, Screw conveyor, Drier, Blower, Bucket Elevator, Belt conveyor and CCF (Continuous Centrifuge), calciner, Ball Mill, Pigment Mill motors and Electrical interlock also provided for all motors.
Maintenance and Inspection work on Panel Board like SFU, Contactor and Relays and AC drives.
Handle Emergency and Breakdown works in above motors and DG Sets.
Strictly, following the safety rules and regulations whenever carry out any work in the premises.
Co- ordinate with the team members as with the engineer and higher officials.
Completing the tasks in time as scheduled during the shut down maintenance as well as regular day-to-day maintenance.
Indenting General Electrical Maintenance materials and follow up with suppliers and Inspecting materials in store.
