CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

I am a practising Lawyer in various courts in Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam District since 19.11.1995. I have dealt with cases in land acquisition, major accidents claims, family cases, consumer cases, rent control cases, arbitration matters, lokayukta cases and various other civil cases. These experiences helped to increase my skills viz, drafting, conveyancing and advocacy.

I am an AMWAY DISTRIBUTOR from 13.03.2001. This sharpened my listening, learning, interpersonal, presentation, communication skills. It also added up my time management, money management, follow up, motivation skills. Other highlights of my personality are project conceptualizing & implementation, socialization and leadership.

My MBA in HRM helped me in further developing the skills & qualities which I had acquired from my profession. It opened up vast knowledge in areas of team building, training and development, need analysis, learning and knowledge management which helped me a lot to succeed in my profession as well as for independent development.

I have worked as ‘Recruitment Officer’ in ‘KOTAK MAHINDRA’ in 2010.

I have qualified the Preliminary Examination of Deputy Collector conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission on 09.04.2011 and have also written the main in 16.07.2011.
