From the beginning, I started out as the Carpenter Superintendent, I was responsible for daily construction activities on the job-sites, and I provided guidance to the construction crews. Accurate

self preformed over 85% of there own work, so I had to not only prove daily guidance, but keep a close eye on quality of work. I oversaw all aspects of all the governmental projects, my dependability in multitasking project was impeccable. I Scheduled and conducted weekly safety meetings with Toolbox Top-Pix, AHA’s, MSDS, and the EM-385.1.1. I was responsible for all the material take off,

as well as typing up all the P.O. requests. I ensure that all projects were completed safely, on time

and within the budget established, that it was built to customer confidence and satisfaction, and worked close NAFAC.

12/2006 to 3/2009 – PREMIER, INC., El Centro, CA, Yuma, AZ.

PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT. As a Project Manager, I was a visible representative of Premier’s reputation in the marketplace and I demonstrated a willingness and desire to excel and provide a very important leadership role as part of the Premier Senior Management Team. Promptly communicated to the Regional Manger of material challenges to project profitability, project completion timetables, and ownership issues. I was responsible to facilitate and create a positive atmosphere with owners and their agent’s, subcontractors, local governmental agencies, the project team and Premier employees.

06/2001 to 06/2006 – American Construction Corporation. Roswell, NM Albuquerque, NM Fresno, CA

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT. I was responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all subcontractors from conception to completion. I Scheduled and conducted safety meetings and weekly progress meetings with all subs to eliminate any conflicts of duties. I Assured that the projects stayed on schedule until completed.

04/1998 to 03/2001 – Picerne Development Corporation. Sierra Vista, AZ & Winfield, WV

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT. I was responsible for all construction and safety activities on Sun Crest and Brittany Point Apartments. I Conduct weekly safety meetings, worked directly with Project Manger. I Scheduled and conducted weekly subcontractor meetings, coordinated all subcontractors activities. I Answered queries and solved all dilemmas, as needed involving subcontractors. I made sure OSHA standards and company safety standards were implemented. Maintained conformance to the U.B.C. and Local building codes.

01/1996 to 4/1998 – N.C. Sturgeon Inc. Odessa, TX

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN. I delegated duties and coordinated workers to finish project in an expedient manner. I was a Carpenter Foreman for an $18-mil job for Sul Ross University Alpine, Texas. I Coordinated N.C. Sturgeon crews on all mill work and trim at Sul Ross University. I was a Carpenter Foreman for various school projects such as Ector Junior High School and Crockett Junior High School Gymnasiums. The General Superintendent: Bob Perry.

02/1994 to 1/1996 – Banes General Contractors. Roswell, New Mexico

PRODUCTION MANAGER. I oversaw all aspects of residential construction including scheduling and supervision of company employees and all subcontractors; I purchased all materials, and I procured all inspections (plumbing, electrical, building, and final building inspections) for both V.A. and F.H.A. homes. I traveled to the building sites throughout the Permian Basin area. I met and exceeded all company deadlines. I also supervised construction of twenty residences.
