Description Implementation of HRMS Module

Role

Worked as a Functional consultant for design and implementation of various objects as a part of end to end implementation of HRMS Module.

Key Activities include following :

Setting of mandatory KFFs namely- Job Flexfield, Position Flexfield, Grade Flexfield, People Group Flexfield, Competence Flexfield, Cost Allocation Flexfield.

Creating Business Group Locations.

Create a Business Group and assign the location and KFFs created above to it. Add organization classifications.

Create a security profile and attach the business group to that security profile. Run SLM for that security profile.

Create a responsibility for that business group and attach the security profile created above to this responsibility using the HR security profiles.

Create a new user and assign the above responsibility to that user.

Create test data like employees, assignments, salaries, element entries, sits, eits for various technical objects developed by technical components.

Create design documents for various Conversion scripts to convert various entities from legacy system to Oracle Apps system. Conversions carried out:- Employees, Assignments, Salary, Element Entries, Person Extra Information, Assignment Extra Information, Addresses, Phones, Contacts, SITs.

Set up new Alerts for business notifications

Develop and design various Inbound and Outbound Interfaces

Create WEB ADI’s for various mass uploads

Configuring SSHR transactions like Previous Employer Information , Personal Information , Qualification etc

Write MD50 and MD70 documents of various objects assigned to me.

UAT of Concurrent programs. Create UTP scripts for testing.

Development and testing of processing programs for scheduled jobs.

Migration of objects from UAT to Production and Go-Live.
