Project Brief

: Chartered Housing is primarily into promotion of Residential Apartments since 1989. Development of Commercial Spaces, Interiors and Premium Construction also form part of our business agenda. We have done major customization on Ax 4.0 all modules. Fixed deposit Module was newly developed as per client requirement .TDS calculation on FD module has been customized as per client requirement. Retention, multiple line single cheque and PO amendment functionality has been developed. Some of the reports were newly designed as per the client requirement. Some of the Bank cheques formats were also newly designed as per the requirement. The option provided for bank balance has to be checked during vendor or customer payment. We have done performance cheques on live system.
