INTEL CORP Colorado Springs, CO & Chandler, AZ. Responsible for electrical scope and budgets for projects $50M to $500M. Lead design reviews, system start-up, and commissioning teams. Responsible for design quality and construction coordination and prioritization. Worked directly with design firms, professional quantity surveyors, general and trade contractors, and internal and external attorneys for claims resolution.

INTEL CORP Hudson, MA. Responsible for proposal and negotiation plan preparations and contractor bid summary presentations for sites along the Eastern US coast. Wrote and revised purchasing practices procedures and supplier relationship ethics documents. Responsible for engineering of modifications and maintenance of generator systems, critical DC systems, and low-voltage distribution. Preparation and review of maintenance and qualification procedures. Prepared cost/benefit analyses and budgets to determine repair/replace decisions. Designed maintenance programs. Conducted forensic engineering investigations to determine the basis of quality failures.
