• Developed, implemented and maintained methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacturing and assemblies.

• Conducted traditional Time Studies using stop-watch and prepared Time Studies reports.

• Determined time standards and made recommendations for tooling and process requirements of existing product lines.

Computer Technology Consultant (Part-time) July 2003 – April 2009

• Established D & S (Darshak & Swetang’s) computer help services as a founding partner during the summer of high-school

• Acted as a computer technologist to assist the Indian community in Scarborough in order to bridge the gap created by the cultural and language barriers

• Services included: computer hardware repair, software troubleshooting, installation of various programs, provide advice and feedback as and when required by the customers
