• Established D & S (Darshak & Swetang’s) computer help services as a founding partner during the summer of high-school
• Acted as a computer technologist to assist the Indian community in Scarborough in order to bridge the gap created by the cultural and language barriers
• Services included: computer hardware repair, software troubleshooting, installation of various programs, provide advice and feedback as and when required by the customers
