•Completed 737 Passenger Service Unit qualification test plan in a record five months and qualified two outside test facilities to Boeing standards including reliability testing. Initiated over ten root-cause corrective actions for fuel access door product. Issued multiple root cause corrective action initiatives with follow-up with suppliers to of aerospace products. Perform first article inspection on Raytheon precision product.

•Developed, implemented, serviced corporate-wide quality database for fifteen (15) plants for quality audit data. Created highly visual charts to show trends and summaries of quality data. Led several lean manufacturing improvement projects.
